Nada Yoga and Ecstatic Kirtan

Nada Yoga and Kirtan

By working with SOUND and MUSIC we can realise deep states of meditation. We can heal ourselves, develop concentration, learn to trust our intuition and gain confidence and clarity. Most of all, we can experience a state of awareness that is beyond separation, beyond the thinking mind and we can enter into UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS!

NADA YOGA is a term that comes from the Vedic tradition. As part of the practice of Nada Yoga, not only does a practitioner meditate on a musical instrument, song or the chanting of mantra; but they also meditate on the sound within - The Nad.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS WORKSHOP:
We will open up our voices, open up our creativity and open up our capacity to listen and dive into sound and silence. There will be voice opening exercises, meditation, mantra, tantra and music. You will get the opportunity to discover the INNER SOUND, the Nad, the unstruck sound that is behind all our experience.
These practices are set up to empower you to:
- Live more harmoniously
- Connect with Divine creativity
- Find peace amidst a chaotic world
- Find spontaneity in all kinds of situations
- Bring joy in our day-to-day lives
- Connect with the inner sound

If we can learn to improvise and find a state of ease and flow with sound, we can improvise and find flow in a job interview, public speaking, at a dinner or as we wash the dishes!
If we can find peace and silence through sound, we can find peace in any situation.
Join us in exploring what is known as one of the most effective ways of reaching Union (yoga) as discovered by the ancients and represented for a modern world.

We will finish the workshop with a kirtan. You are bound to leave feeling free, relaxed and empowered!
